Arkansas Farm Bureau –Marvin Vines Broadcasting Scholarship
The Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation established this scholarship in 1988 to honor the memory of the late Marvin Vines, a veteran Arkansas farm broadcaster. Vines’ career stretched more than 25 years over radio station KAAY in Little Rock, and other central Arkansas radio stations.
