Arkansas State Plant Board
The Arkansas State Plant Board Scholarship was established in 2003 to assist students who are seeking a degree in the field of agriculture. The mission of the Arkansas State Plant Board is to protect and serve the citizens of Arkansas and the agricultural and business communities by providing information and unbiased enforcement of laws and regulations thus ensuring quality products and services. Programs are governed by state law and by regulation adopted by the 16 member Board. Products and services such as seed, feed, fertilizer, pesticides, weights and measures, petroleum, honeybees, plant pests, nurseries, pest control services and many others are regulated by the Arkansas State Plant Board.
