Chad and Pam Niell Marketing Scholarship

Chad and his wife Pam established this scholarship to assist students while they are attending school and give back to their community. Chad attended Arkansas State University and received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 1991. He was also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. In 1999, Chad and Pam founded Tiger Commissary Services to provide exceptional commissary services to federal, state and county facilities. With the growing company and services being provided, in 2006 the company rebranded themselves as Tiger Correctional Services. They eventually added TigerExpress, which provided online commissary services to under-served small jail markets. Maintaining their home office here in Jonesboro, AR, the Niells have been successful in establishing, running and growing a company that initially started with 6 employees. The company now has warehouses in New Orleans, LA, Carthage, Mississippi and Chickasha, Oklahoma, as well as Jonesboro, Arkansas. They have clients in 27 states, including 55 Arkansas Counties.
