Chad Niell Marketing Scholarship

Chad established this scholarship to assist students while they are attending school and give back to their community. Chad attended Arkansas State University and received his bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1991. He was also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. In 1999, Chad help founded Tiger Commissary Services to provide exceptional commissary services to federal, state and county facilities. With the growing company and services being provided, in 2006 the company rebranded themselves as Tiger Correctional Services. Eventually added TigerExpress, which provided online commissary services to under-served small jail markets.
