Dr. Stanley Vanagunas Memorial Public Administration Scholarship

John Baine is an A-State graduate from Eldorado, Arkansas who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. John established this scholarship to honor of Dr. Stanley Vanagunas who is retired professor of Public Administration and Coordinator of the MPA Program.
