Floyd Johnson Memorial Academic Rodeo Scholarship

Scholarship was established by members of the A-State Rodeo Boosters Club in memory of Floyd Johnson. Floyd was one of the founding members of the A-State Rodeo Boosters. He believed the high school rodeo athletes were the future leaders of tomorrow and that these students deserved an opportunity to receive financial support necessary for a college education as the y represent their university on a national level through the Intercollegiate Rodeo Association.
