J.D. Rogers Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship you are receiving was established in 1984 by Mrs. Ruth Rogers of Pine Bluff, Ark., in memory of her husband, the late J.D. Rogers. Mr. Rogers was a longtime resident of Pine Bluff and an employee of the Pine Bluff Arsenal. Their son Doug is a graduate of the ASU broadcasting program and was employed by the Radio-TV department for several years.
