Joe B Hilliard Scholarship

For his fiftieth anniversary as a Lee Wilson Company employee the Wilson family established what is now the Joe B. Hilliard / Wilson Scholarship at Arkansas State University. Joe served on many state and county boards and agencies. Among his many accomplishments was serving as mayor of Keiser. The scholarship was established in 1992 by the Wilson family of Mississippi County as a tribute to Joe B. Hilliard, who has provided outstanding service to the community, the state and the region for more than 50 years.
