After the death of Dr. Carol Ham, his widow and Dr. Randy Ham’s mother, has made changes to the memorial scholarship to honor his memory. Dr. Carol Ham was a professor in the Department of Education Leadership at Arkansas State University during his career.
The scholarship, first awarded in 1993, recognizes students, such as yourself, who demonstrate outstanding academic work, are dedicated to a career as a secondary principal, and are committed to improving education opportunities in the Delta.
