Robin H. Hagaman Scholarship

Your scholarship was established in 1991 by Robin H. Hagaman, a retired hospital management executive, to assist Arkansas County students such as yourself in their pursuit of an education at Arkansas State University. Mr. Hagaman graduated from Arkansas State College in 1958 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and went on to earn a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in hospital administration from George Washington University in 1964. Upon establishment of the scholarship, he noted in a news release, “I wanted to return to Arkansas County and to ASU some of what they’ve made possible for me. Education is so important, so I want more students to benefit from it.” Mr. Hagaman died on January 20, 2011.
