Peggy Stroud Panhelleinc Council Scholarship

Dean Peggy Stroud was employed at Arkansas State University from 1954 until 1984 and was associate dean of students. The scholarship was established as a tribute through efforts of Panhellenic Association alumnae and goes to a sorority member who demonstrates outstanding achievement.
