Udell Smith Scholarship (National Assoc Retired Federal Employees)

Established in 1985, the scholarship you are receiving is sponsored by Chapter 535 of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. The late Udell Smith, who was a retired inspector for the U.S. Postal Service and a longtime leader in NAFRE, was instrumental in helping establish this scholarship fund. The chapter renamed the award in his memory after his death in 1992.
