LT. Col. Barney G. Smith Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the family and friends of Lt. Colonel Barney G. Smith, who upon his untimely death, was a professor of military science at A-State and was near completion of his Master of Business Administration degree at Arkansas State. He was a 1974 graduate of A-State and served as a professor of military science at the university since January of 2000.
