Roy H. Jolly Rotary Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was endowed in 1992 by the Jonesboro Rotary in honor of Jonesboro businessman and civic leader Roy H. Jolly for his many years and many contributions to the betterment of the Jonesboro community. Mr. Jolly, a member of the Jonesboro Rotary Club from 1955 until his death in 1993, had perfect attendance at Rotary. He served as the organization’s president in 1962-63, chaired all four divisions of the club, and served as a district governor of Rotary’s more than 30 clubs in Northeast Arkansas in 1978-79.
