Wallace Fowler Scholarship

The Wallace Fowler Scholarship was established in 1990 by the Board of Directors of the Mercantile Bank of Jonesboro, as well as other friends and business associates, to honor Mr. Fowler for his many years as a business leader who brought progress and development to Jonesboro and Northeast Arkansas.
