Lou and Frank Angelo Scholarship
The Lou and Frank Angelo Scholarship was established by the late Mrs. Lou Angelo and her husband, the late Frank Angelo, in 1986 to aid deserving students like yourself who meet the scholarship requirements. Mr. Angelo was a 1939 graduate of what is now Arkansas State University. In his adult life, Mr. Angelo was instrumental in moving the home location of the 875th Engineering Battalion to the ASU campus, and in building the armory at its present location. He also started Angelo Manufacturing, one of the largest manufacturers of wooden pallets in the United States. Both Mrs. Angelo and her husband have played active roles in serving ASU and the Jonesboro communities through charitable work.
