Strong Turner Alumni Chapter Scholarship Endowment
The Strong Turner Alumni Chapter (STAC) Scholarship was created to assist African-American U.S. students attending Arkansas State University. This scholarship is provided each year through an endowment, established in 2009 by the Strong-Turner Alumni Chapter.
