Joyce Ragland Roth Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2022 by Mr. Thomas Roth in honor of his wife, Mrs. Joyce Ragland Roth. He and the family decided this would be the perfect Christmas gift for Joyce. Joyce graduated from A-State in 1971, and is now retired from the Stuttgart School District. Her husband Tom also graduated from A-State in 1971, and is a retired farmer.
