Mossie J. Richmond – Afak Haydar Scholarship
The faculty of International Programs in 1997 proposed the scholarship you are receiving in honor of Dr. Afak Haydar, retired faculty member, and in memory of Dr. Mossie Richmond, faculty member and one-time interim president of Arkansas State University. Both men worked jointly in establishing the International Program on A-State campus.
